Your Australian passport application details

Before you can use this facility, you must have submitted your passport application form at an Australia Post outlet, Australian Passport Office or Australian diplomatic mission overseas.

To view your application details and access our Payment Service you need to provide some personal information.  Please note - not all fees can be paid online.

To maintain the integrity and security of our passport issuing system, and to protect the identity of the customer, we must ensure that passport information available online can only be accessed by an authorised user. Internet users will need to identify themselves before they can gain access to certain functions and information on the Passports Online system. Unauthorised users will be prevented from gaining access to information to which they are not entitled.

Once your identity has been verified, you may choose to request a Personal Identification Number (PIN) as a quicker way to track the status of your application or to use our Payment Service.  Do not attempt to use the PIN that was provided to you when you began your online application.  That PIN is to be used only to access your unsubmitted application form.

It is important that you are aware of the uses and disclosures of the information you are providing in your passport application. Please read our disclosure statement.
